Job Summary

Providence College of Engineering is seeking highly qualified and motivated individuals to join its faculty as Assistant/Associate Professors in the departments of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, conducting cutting-edge research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and institutional growth of the college.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Teaching & Curriculum Development:
    • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
    • Develop, review, and update course materials to align with industry trends and technological advancements.
    • Mentor students in academic projects, research, and career development.
  2. Research & Innovation:
    • Conduct research in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Cyber Security.
    • Publish research papers in reputed journals and present findings at national and international conferences.
    • Secure research grants and collaborate with industry partners on innovative projects.
  3. Student Engagement & Mentorship:
    • Guide students in technical clubs, hackathons, and competitions.
    • Provide academic and career counseling to help students achieve their goals.
    • Supervise student projects and dissertations.
  4. Departmental & Institutional Contributions:
    • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes.
    • Contribute to the college’s academic and research initiatives.
    • Engage in community outreach programs and industry collaborations.
  5. Professional Development:
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through continuous learning.
