The orientation programme for the BTech 2025–2029 batch began with an inspiring session titled “Empower the Self, Energise the Team” on 15th July 2025 at the Einstein Centre Seminar Hall Mr Anas Anwar Babu, a renowned Soft Skills & Personality Development Trainer, Fun Learning and Gamification Expert, led the session Mr Babu engaged students with interactive activities designed to build self-awareness, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills Emphasising the importance of personal growth as a foundation for effective teamwork, he encouraged participants to recognise their strengths, embrace adaptability, and foster empathy in group settings Through fun learning techniques and gamified exercises, students discovered practical strategies to boost confidence and develop leadership potential The session also highlighted how teamwork plays a crucial role in shaping successful engineers and innovators By blending motivation with hands-on engagement, Mr Babu’s approach left the students energised and prepared to embrace their new academic journey The programme not only set a positive tone for the week but also provided students with valuable insights on balancing individual growth with collective success It proved to be a truly transformative start to the orientation journey
