As part of the BTech 2025–2029 batch orientation programme, a highly engaging session titled “Find Your Voice, Amplify the Team” was conducted on 15th July 2025 at the Kalam Centre Seminar Hall The session was led by Mr Uwais A A , Founder of Daris Educative, NSQF-Certified Soft Skill Trainer, Leadership & Communication Coach, and columnist at Mathrubhumi With over 12, 000 individuals trained, Mr Uwais brought valuable insights on communication and leadership to the new students The session emphasised the power of effective communication as a cornerstone of teamwork and professional success Mr Uwais encouraged students to recognise the importance of expressing themselves confidently while also listening empathetically to others Using interactive methods and practical examples, he demonstrated how personal voice can empower group synergy, helping individuals inspire, motivate, and lead teams effectively Students were actively engaged through role-play activities, group discussions, and reflective exercises that highlighted real-world scenarios in leadership and communication The interactive format ensured participants not only understood concepts but also applied them in practice By the end of the session, students gained clarity on how to channel their unique voice to strengthen collaboration, build trust, and foster team spirit The session proved to be a stepping stone for students in developing leadership qualities alongside academic growth
