The orientation programme for the BTech 2025–2029 batch featured an inspiring session titled “Gracefully Bold: Navigating Life with Courage and Vision” on 18th July 2025 at the Einstein Centre Seminar Hall The session was led by Ms Thara George, Cabin Crew with the Qatar Emir’s Royal Flight, who brought a unique perspective on professionalism, resilience, and global exposure Ms George shared her journey, highlighting the values of courage, determination, and adaptability that shaped her career in one of the world’s most prestigious aviation teams She emphasised that success requires stepping out of one’s comfort zone, embracing challenges, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations Her insights provided students with practical lessons on building confidence, respecting diversity, and handling responsibilities with grace The interactive session encouraged students to ask questions about career paths, global opportunities, and work-life balance Ms George also underlined the importance of discipline, self-presentation, and communication skills—qualities essential not only in aviation but in any professional field Her motivational talk left a lasting impression on the freshers, reminding them that vision, courage, and boldness are key ingredients in shaping a meaningful life and impactful career
