Providence College of Engineering, Chengannur, hosted the Induction Ceremony for the BTech, BBA, and MBA 2025 Batch on 14th July 2025 at 10:00 AM The event marked the formal beginning of the academic journey for the new cohort, coinciding with the institution’s tenth anniversary celebrations The programme commenced with an invocation recital by the Providence Choir, followed by a scripture reading by Ms Alka Sara Biju and an invocation prayer led by Pastor Roy Mathew, TPM Church, Chengannur Mr Jerrin Joy Varughese, Head of Student Affairs, delivered the Welcome Address, setting the tone for the day in his Presidential Address, Dr Santhosh Simon, Principal, inspired the students to pursue academic excellence while embracing innovation and integrity The highlight of the ceremony was the Inaugural Address by Mr Mathew Joseph, Co-Founder & COO of Fresh To Home, who served as the Chief Guest He motivated the students by sharing insights from his entrepreneurial journey, encouraging them to think big and contribute to society through technology and leadership The event also featured cultural performances, including a musical recital by Ms Nayana & Team and a dance performance by Ms Adhilekshmi & Team, adding vibrance to the occasion Felicitations were offered by Mr Nitin Mathew, Executive Director, and Dr V John Kurian, Dean R&D, followed by the Vote of Thanks from Dr Mathews M George, Vice Principal The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, marking the beginning of a promising academic journey for the new batch
